Ms. Tammy Caudell is entering her second year at Montessori Children’s School (MCS) and serves as the Primary West Classroom Assistant. She brings more than 15 years of experience working with young children and is passionate about supporting each child’s growth and creating a warm, encouraging environment where children feel safe, capable, and inspired to learn.
Tammy believes that every child learns in their own unique way and finds great joy in helping children build confidence, independence, and a love of discovery. Her patient, nurturing approach and dedication to supporting young learners make her a valued member of the Primary team.
Outside of school, Tammy is an avid reader who enjoys getting lost in a good book. She loves spending time outdoors—whether kayaking along peaceful waterways, searching for seashells on the shore, or playing a friendly game of pickleball. She also enjoys exploring the natural beauty of the Crystal Coast and spending time with family and friends.
