After six years in Alabama, Hailey is thrilled to be back in North Carolina. Hailey’s passion for education began as a lead teacher in a three-year-old daycare classroom, and she has since dedicated herself to guiding and supporting students during their crucial early developmental years.

She is excited to begin her Montessori journey at MCS. As a newcomer to the Montessori approach, she is eager to explore its history, modern applications, and the ways this child-centered philosophy fosters individual potential and self-directed learning.

In her free time, she enjoys spending quality moments with her family and her Corgi, Baja. Her interests include music, travel, culinary arts, board games, journaling, meditation, and holistic well-being.
