Ms. Hailey is entering her second year at Montessori Children’s School (MCS) and is excited to continue her Montessori journey. Originally from North Carolina, she was thrilled to return home after spending six years in Alabama.
Hailey’s passion for education began as a lead teacher in a three-year-old daycare classroom, where she discovered the joy of supporting young children during some of their most important developmental years. Since joining MCS, she has embraced Montessori education and continues to deepen her understanding of this child-centered approach, which encourages independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.
Hailey enjoys building meaningful relationships with children and helping create a nurturing environment where each child feels supported, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Outside of school, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and her Corgi, Baja. Her interests include music, travel, culinary arts, board games, journaling, meditation, and holistic wellness.
