Mr. Paul Gaita is entering his fourth year at Montessori Children’s School (MCS) and will serve as the Lead Director of the Adolescent Program for the 2026–2027 school year. Known throughout the MCS community as “Mr. G,” he holds a Master of Music in Music Composition from New Jersey City University and spent several years working as a professional musician before transitioning into education.
With eight years of experience teaching music in public schools, Mr. G brings creativity, enthusiasm, and a deep appreciation for the developmental needs of older students. Since joining MCS, he has embraced Montessori education and successfully completed his Montessori training, earning his Upper Elementary credential through the Center for Guided Montessori Studies.
As the Adolescent Lead Director, Mr. G is passionate about guiding students as they develop independence, responsibility, critical thinking skills, and a strong sense of purpose. He is committed to creating a learning environment where adolescents are challenged academically, supported socially and emotionally, and encouraged to become confident, capable contributors to their communities.
Outside of school, Mr. G enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and practicing woodworking in his free time.
