Ms. Stephanie Krause is entering her second year at Montessori Children’s School (MCS) and serves as the Lead Directress in Lower Elementary South. She brings more than twenty years of experience in education, having served as a reading resource teacher, elementary school librarian, home hospital teacher, and social worker supporting foster children. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about helping children develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.
Ms. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marriage and Family Studies and a Master of Science in Family and Human Development. She began her Montessori certification training through the Center for Guided Montessori Studies in 2026 and is committed to deepening her understanding of Montessori philosophy and practice.
As a mother of three, Ms. Stephanie understands the importance of building strong relationships with children and families. She is dedicated to creating a supportive, engaging classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Outside of school, Ms. Stephanie enjoys playing pickleball, swimming for fitness, practicing yoga, and taking walks with her fluffy white dog, Kona.
