Tammy Caudell joins the Montessori Children’s School as the Classroom Assistant in the Primary West classroom, bringing 15 years of experience supporting young learners. She is passionate about creating an environment where children feel encouraged, capable, and excited to discover new things. Tammy finds joy in watching each child’s confidence grow as they develop a lifelong love of learning.
Outside of school, Tammy is an avid reader who enjoys getting lost in a good book. She loves spending time outdoors—whether kayaking along peaceful waterways, hunting for seashells on the shore, or playing a lively game of pickleball. Always ready for her next adventure, she enjoys exploring the natural beauty of the Crystal Coast and connecting with her community.
